Mama Tang's Perfect Pork Chops

All you need to make Perfect Pork Chops is a bottle of Mama Tang's Asian Vinaigrette & Marinade ®! Choose between Original or Spicy for some added Magic to your Meats!

Mama Tang's Pefect Pork Chop Ingredients:

• 4 bone-less or bone-in pork sirloin chops

Marinade Ingredients:

• cilantro
• 3 large cloves of garlic, lightly minced
• 1 lemon; sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest (or 1/2 teaspoon dried lemon peel)
• 2 teaspoon of oregano
• 2 teaspoons of freshly minced garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1 bottle of Classic Original or Spicy Flavor Mama Tang's Asian Vinaigrette & Marinade ®!

Directions:

• 1. Combine Mama Tang's, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.
• 2. Trim all visible fat from pork chops and place in large Ziploc bag or flat glass dish.
• 3. Pour marinade sauce over pork chops and marinate in refrigerator for about 4-8 hours .
• 4. Remove pork chops from refrigerator and let come to room temperature while you pre-heat a gas or charcoal grill for cooking these delicious marinaded meats!
• 5. Cook Pork chops for about 6-12 until lightly browned and firm to the touch.
• 6. Add a few Lemon slices, sprigs of cilantro, and garlic for garnish and serve hot with more Mama Tang's if desired!
