Asian Ginger Beef Salad
A refreshingly light and simple dish that is perfect for a cool Summer Salad!
Asian Ginger Beef Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 lbs. flank steak
- 2 tablespoons of grated ginger
- 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
- 3 tablespoons of premium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Salad Ingredients:
- 2 bundles of baby greens
- Cucumbers, sliced
- Scallions, finely chopped
- Sesame seeds
- Cilantro
- 1 bottle of Classic Original or Spicy Flavor Mama Tang's Asian Vinaigrette & Marinade ®!
Directions:
- 1. Marinate 1 & 1/2 lbs. flank steak in 2 tablespoons grated ginger.
- 2. Combine 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar , 3 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1/4 cup lime juice & olive oil.
- 3. Drain & grill or broil; about 6 minutes per side.
- 4. Slice beef and serve with salad of baby greens, sliced cucumber, scallions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
- 5. Serve with your choice of Mama Tang's Asian Vinaigrette & Marinade ®!
